Hey Brooklynite legends Charly Bliss have teamed up with the hottest thing to come out of Toronto since Rob Ford, PUP, to truly capture how much the loneliness of this pandemic truly sucks. Despite how specific this song is to this awful year, I think it’s going to remain in rotation for the rest of my Christmases cause it’s just that catchy. I love everything about the video, the melody, and the lyrics. “It’s Christmas and I Fucking Miss You” is an optimistic downer, and is absolutely wonderful. Go check it out.

This song is exactly the Christmas banger you would expect from pop-punks' most sweet and sour indie duo. The hook is a perfect mix of cathartic and cheeky, and the melody is catchy enough to make the track an excellent addition to the Great Hipster Holiday Songbook™. I’d imagine there are going to be a lot of kids who (un)ironically wear ugly Christmas sweaters year-round, cursing up a storm with their hip moms to this track for years to come, and I, for one, celebrate that.
