New Olympic Sport
A MAD-LIB By Gillian Carter
New this year to the olympics is the sport of Gary tag. People Then compare this sport to that of the 7 meter relay. The sport is played where four Dogs are each given a standard Gary with voice mail access in separate Gold rooms from the other players. Each of the team members on a team is given 3 words on a Tacoma. The timer Spits when the Log Cabin player on a team picks up the Gary to leave a voice mail for the Cotton person, Sleeping the first word on the Tacoma. As the event progresses, each person Sleeps one word from their Tacoma, until finally, the Wool person has left a voice mail for the Log Cabin person with all of the words on it. At this point, the Log Cabin person must type the Tacoma of words into a Guitar and submit it to the judges. The score is Smashed upon speed and accuracy, with a 2 Hours and 15 Minutes handicap for every incorrect word at the end.
Would you rather have the ability to talk to animals, or read people’s minds? What would you do with your new abilities?
I guess out of those two it would be to talk to animals, & with that power i would talk to animals. I'm sure it could be super depressing knowing what other people are thinking all the time.
If you had to watch one movie from start to finish every day for a year what would it be and why?
Either Batman (1989), Black Dynamite, or Hot Rod.
What is your favorite effects pedal? Why?
Probably the Digitech Drop Pedal, simply because we use a love of different tunings & that pedal allows us to use one guitar or bass & be in a different tuning with one click.
Where do you draw your inspiration from?
Current events, life, our instruments, personal experiences, moods.
What was the intention with this latest single S.L.E.E.P.?
Gini: S.L.E.E.P. was one of the first songs I have ever written. I remember, it was a very busy summer and a lot of my friends were off, while I had super weird working hours. At that time I had FOMO (fear of missing out) so I ended up jumping from one thing into another, cause I wanted to have it all. It was fun but also exhausting…
Do you have a favorite phrase/saying? what is it?
We like to start sentences with the phrase "Say Brother"
Any final comments?
Catch us on tour this summer. The dates i'm sure will be announced at a later time!
